The Peace Corps has very strict luggage requirements for travel to your host country. The authorized baggage allowance is two checked pieces not to exceed 107 inches (length + width + height) and the carry-on bag with dimensions of no more than 45 inches. Checked baggage should not exceed 80 pounds total with a maximum weight allowance of 50 pounds for any one bag. This is part 6 of a series to document what I am taking with me.One Peace Corps tradition is to bring gifts for the host family that you will stay with during training. I've tried to bring some items that will help them to see where I came from, be practical, and be stereotypically cliché.
